Job Responsibilities
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer
- In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN
- Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Keep record of problems and customers solution
- Follow-up with customers
- Reporting base on projects
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree with honours in Computer Science / ICT Engineering / Networking or equivalentGood in oral and written communication skillsGood presentation and customer-facing skillsAble to execute tasks independently with minimize supervisionAble to multi-task and deliver within timelinePossess own transport (compulsory) as well as must be willing to travelExperience in the banking industry is an added value such as passbook printer environment and report printerUnlock job insights
