Overview

Finology WP is hiring for a Junior to Mid-level Business Analyst with software and IT focus. The role involves working across the project lifecycle to ensure quality and timely delivery of software projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional design and deliverables such as prototypes, functional specifications, user flows, test plans, and user guides.
• Involve in all phases of the project lifecycle — from low-level design and development to System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities, and post-production support.
• Manage various aspects of software development to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products and projects meet objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients.
• Analyze issues and provide business logic recommendations and solutions aligned with business goals.
• Manage stakeholders’ and clients’ expectations on project delivery dates and change requests.
• Facilitate daily huddles, project meetings, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
