co-Learning Facilitator

As a Co-Learning Facilitator, you will :

Support senior Learning Facilitators in guiding students' growth.

Use creative teaching approaches, including music and drama, to enrich learning experiences.

Inspire students through storytelling, performances, and immersive activities rather than conventional lessons.

Model moral integrity, respect, and kindness in all interactions.

Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.

Prioritize safety and maintain an engaging learning environment.

Passionate about music (instrumental) and drama – Whether you play an instrument, sing, act, or direct performances, your love for the arts should be contagious. We want someone who can use these talents to inspire students in their learning journey.

Rooted in strong religious values and moral integrity – You should lead by example, demonstrating ethical principles, kindness, and respect. This isn't just about academic guidance—it's about helping students develop strong character and a sense of purpose.

Energetic, proactive, and independent – We love self-starters who can take initiative without constant supervision.

Friendly and adaptable – We're a tight-knit team, and collaboration is key.
