Job Responsibilities

  • Promote company products to dealers, build dealer networks, and increase market share.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with existing and potential customers in the tire trading industry.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to gather market intelligence, analyze market needs, and support marketing coordination.
  • Identify customer needs by providing quality services and effective sales support to dealers.
  • Assess local distribution channels, monitor competition, and evaluate market potential, developing corrective action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit all required reports to the Manager.
  • Ensure all customer-related information is properly collected and communicated within the organization to support customer satisfaction.
  • Share best practices, constructive ideas, and market feedback to improve business performance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in any field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical skills; dynamic, energetic, disciplined, and well-organized.
  • Independent, proactive, self-motivated, with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to work within structured sales methods.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Able to cooperate effectively with back-office staff.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
