Management trainee

Job Responsibilities

• Promote company products to dealers, build dealer networks, and increase market share.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with existing and potential customers in the tire trading industry.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to gather market intelligence, analyze market needs, and support marketing coordination.
• Identify customer needs by providing quality services and effective sales support to dealers.
• Assess local distribution channels, monitor competition, and evaluate market potential, developing corrective action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and submit all required reports to the Manager.
• Ensure all customer-related information is properly collected and communicated within the organization to support customer satisfaction.
• Share best practices, constructive ideas, and market feedback to improve business performance.
