Our client is a well-established international organisation with a strong presence in Malaysia. They provide high-performance pipping solutions to the microelectronics, water treatment, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Known for innovation, technical excellence, and long-term partnerships, they are seeking a capable and forward-thinking Head of Sales to lead growth across key business areas.

This position offers the opportunity to take on a central role in guiding the company's commercial strategy in Malaysia. It is well-suited to someone who brings both strategic thinking and operational experience — especially in technical B2B sales environments. You\'ll be working with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive business expansion and deliver value in critical industries.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee nationwide sales activities in the microelectronics, water treatment, and general manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify opportunities in new and existing markets; strengthen the company\'s network of clients, OEMs, and distribution partners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet complex client needs.
  • Support the development and performance of the sales and support teams through coaching and knowledge-sharing.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders in multinational companies, utility providers, and relevant public-sector organisations.
  • Align commercial strategies with long-term business goals, focusing on sustainable growth and customer success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Sales - Industrial Solutions should have :

  • A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity, ideally within water, manufacturing, or electronics-related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Experience managing sales teams and working with industrial or technical clients in Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to navigate a range of business settings and client environments.
  • A thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on delivering outcomes.
