Job Description
- Lead and drive growth within the commercial and industrial segments by overseeing the full product portfolio and guiding the project sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at securing product specifications and winning high-value, large-scale projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering alignment with business goals and supporting individual career development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive, client-focused solutions.
- Track market dynamics including trends, project pipelines, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee tender submissions, proposals, and contract negotiations for strategic projects, ensuring competitive positioning and compliance.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an experienced senior project sales candidate who has a proven track record in project sales for the building materials industry, with strong leadership ability. The ideal candidate should have :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.At least 10 years of proven success in project sales within the building materials, construction, or related industries.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing a team of three or more sales professionals.A well-established network of industry contacts including consultants, architects, and developers is a strong advantage.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strategic and commercially minded, with a track record of closing large-scale project deals.Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.What’s on Offer
