Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions : recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures that align with the company’s objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance issues professionally and in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with department heads and management on workforce planning and staffing requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and systems.
• Prepare and present regular HR reports to the management team.
