Senior Executive / Executive, Talent Acquisition
Focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a strong candidate experience, and supporting talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements. Provide consultative support to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership to support decision-making.Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements based on data insights.Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
Collaborate with Corporate Affairs team to develop employer branding content and campaigns.Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and university engagements.Manage the company’s careers page and social media presence related to hiring.Technology & Tools Optimization
Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.Stay updated on recruitment tech trends and recommend tools to enhance efficiency.Train hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues on recruitment systems and processes.Early Careers & Talent Programs
Design and manage graduate, internship, and apprenticeship programs.Build relationships with academic institutions and student organizations.Monitor program effectiveness and ensure alignment with talent pipeline goals.Compliance & Governance
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.3 years’ experience in HR field, experience in the area of Talent Acquisition is an advantage.Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Passionate, resilient and has a positive mindset.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in English Language.Job Details
