Penerangan pekerjaanAct as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Assist in identifying training needs and organizing learning programs. Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records. Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data. Ensure compliance with labor laws and GENM policies. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management. Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Guide managers and employees through the review process. Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration. Handle employee claims Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or resort industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
