Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Careline Representative to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues related to utilities and bills , ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to utilities, bills, and services.
- Provide accurate information regarding billing inquiries, payment options, and service updates.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with payment processes and account updates.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow‑up on open cases.
