Business Development Asst. Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanExcellent communication of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. \ Experienced in Public Sector (Government) & GLC Able to communicate effectively at all levels within Government, Corporate and other sectors. Able to work under pressure, independently and as a team, resourceful, highly motivated and result oriented. Strong focus on developing new lead Information Technology business opportunities. Builds a sound understanding of target customers and the assigned account base, working with these customers to identify pain points with a view of finding mutually beneficial solutions. Develop long-term sales and marketing plans to tie in with the overall organization strategic goals To meet sales quota as per assigned sales target. Forecast market trends and identify sales leads and potential business. Manage assigned customer accounts and reports for strategic meetings. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Self-motivated and driven. Aggressive and business orientated. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Responsible for safety workplace
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
