We are looking for a Finance and Admin Executive with 2 to 5 years of working experience to assist the Finance Manager on all account and finance related matters.
Responsibilities include tracking and managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting : Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Accounting : Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Accounting : Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Accounting : Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Accounting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Finance : Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Finance : Monitor financial transactions and reports.
- Finance : Conduct financial analysis to support business planning.
- Finance : Support in forecasting and variance analysis.
- Administration : Assist Finance and Admin Manager on all office related matters.
