Overview
We are seeking an energetic, ambitious individual who is eager to grow and join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Responsibilities
- Handle account data entry (GL, AR & AP) ensuring accuracy and timely recording.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly management accounts for submission to audit.
- Analyze costing and ensure all costs are identified and recorded accurately.
- Control and manage end-to-end financial processes in support of the accounts, including collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation and verify all statutory documents (PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Assist in HR matters when needed and provide administrative assistance to management.
- Present relevant documents and reports in meetings as requested by management from time to time.
- Exercise discretion on company information and safeguard the company’s interests at all times.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or any other duties assigned by your superior from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of working experience.Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.Able to work independently with little supervision.Punctual with a can-do attitude and able to search for innovative solutions.Priority will be given to those able to start immediately.Good interpersonal skills, results-driven, and a team player.Interested candidates please submit your application through Jobstore.
