Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Monthly Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare, review, and finalize

monthly management reports, including the profit and loss statement (P&L), balance sheet, cash flow statement, and variance analysis

Accounts Receivable (AR)

sales invoices

in a timely manner.

Accounts Payable (AP)

vendor invoices, staff claims, and supplier payments

Cash Flow Management

weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts

to support decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Compliance & Audit

company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

Other Responsibilities

Requirements

Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–3 years of relevant working experience

in finance or accounting.

Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash flow management

QuickBooks and NetSuite

is preferred.

Microsoft Excel

(pivot tables, v-lookups, financial modeling).
