Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical and air-conditioning systems. This role supports the day-to-day maintenance operations across the resort, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully functional environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine inspections and servicing of air-conditioning units (split, cassette, and portable systems)Assist in maintaining electrical components such as lights, sockets, switches, and basic wiring
• Report malfunctions and support troubleshooting under the guidance of senior maintenance personnel
• Carry out basic repair work and replace faulty components as instructed
• Help maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and resort procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and provide daily updates to the supervisor or senior technician
