Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and live chat.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented in the system.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and helpful attitude in all communications.
Adhere to shift schedules and consistently meet performance targets.
Qualifications
Proficient in Mandarin (written and reading), with the ability to communicate in basic English.
Minimum education SPM or above.
Strong typing speed, written communication, and comprehension skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
