2、分析用户反馈问题,并对问题进行记录、处理、反馈;
3、监控游戏运行状态,及时反馈异常状况;
4、理性接待用户,提供充足的情绪价值服务;
任职要求 : 1、有游戏行业客服经验优先;
2、熟悉中文或俄文优先;
3、有良好的服务意识,性格活泼具有亲和力,理解能力强;
