Overview

AIA Bhd. is a leading insurer in Malaysia, where we have been privileged to do business since 1948. We offer a suite of financial solutions including Protection, Health, Personal Accident, Employee Benefits, General Insurance, Mortgage and Retirement products to meet customers’ protection and financial security needs at every life stage.

Objectives of this role

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for new insurance contracts, including life & medical
  • Customize plans to manage clients’ medical / financial protection
  • To maximize income & career advancement
  • To build an income-for-life business & strong leadership

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact leads and schedule appointments
  • Expand professional skill set through training workshops, networking events, and professional organizations
  • Providing professional advice to clients

    • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma, Degree in any field or equivalent
  • PCIL & TBE (Takaful) Certification is a plus point
  • Banking & finance background are encouraged to apply
  • Sales background are most suitable with goal oriented mindset
