Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Implementation Engineer

specializing in

HPE Networking and Aruba Wireless Solutions

to join our Malaysia delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise network and wireless solutions for our clients across multiple industries, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

implementation, configuration, and deployment

of HPE networking products (switches, routers, firewalls) and Aruba wireless solutions (controllers, APs, ClearPass, AirWave / Aruba Central).

site surveys, network design validation, and wireless coverage planning

installation, integration, testing, and handover

of network and wireless infrastructure.

technical documentation

including design diagrams, test plans, as-built documentation, and user guides.

knowledge transfer and training

for client technical teams.

industry standards, security policies, and safety guidelines

Level 2 / 3 support

for escalated issues in HPE / Aruba environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

3–5 years

hands-on experience in implementing enterprise network and wireless solutions.

HPE switches (ArubaOS-CX), Aruba WLAN (controllers & APs)

, and associated tools (AirWave, Aruba Central, ClearPass).

Other Information

May be required to travel within Malaysia and occasionally across ASEAN for project delivery.

Full-time, permanent.
