Role Summary
Responsible for selling the firm’s Maintenance & Support services remotely via telephone and face to face meetings (where applicable) to existing customers. Specializes in renewing, up-selling, increasing, and closing maintenance / service contracts for the Europe region. Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable contractual implications. Must meet sales objectives, e.g., quota, on-time renewal, fee uplifts targets, etc.
