Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma in any field. 1-2 years freight forwarding & logistics industry customer service experience Good interpersonal and communication skill Computer literate. Willing to work at Batu Maung. Associate (首选) Air Freight Customer Service : 2 年 (首选) English (必填)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide correct and clear shipping instruction to Import Operation to proceed import declaration.
- Check pre-alert from shipper & overseas counterpart for shipment delivery arrangement as well as update of irregularity Information (offloaded, damage or other)
- Coordinate with Import Operation, Warehouse & Transport Dept for smooth shipment handling and information flow to ensure shipment on time delivery.
- Ensure correct data and charges key-in at UFS as per HAWB's instruction and quotation provided.
- Handle inquiries and complaints on airfreight consignments of Air Import
- Preparation for daily report as customer required.
