Proficient in MS Office and customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify, Lazada, Shopee tools). Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, social media, and phone.
- Provide accurate information on products, promotions, order status, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Process returns, refunds, and replacement requests according to company policies.
- Work closely with the operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and problem resolution.
- Track and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, reporting recurring issues for improvement.
- Assist with updating FAQs and customer service guidelines.
- Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and special events by ensuring smooth communication with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
