Penerangan pekerjaanResponsible for general housekeeping within the department and surrounding areas. Work within the company’s policies, procedures, operating standards and work instructions. Maintain a safe working environment to avoid risks to self and others. Communicate effectively and positively with others and be flexible to change. Have a positive approach to continual improvement and development. Work effectively as a team member. Relevant experience within Supply Chain environment. Sound working knowledge of MS office package – Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Relevant experience with ERP systems. Ability to work well as a team member and to take own initiative. Commitment to continual improvement and flexible approach to change. Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and committed to delivering HS&E excellence. Experience within a similar role preferred however not essential as training will be provided. Only shortlisted candidate will be contacted.

- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, work instructions and KPIs.
- Place all Purchase Orders for assigned / supplier spend.
- Obtain order confirmations within agreed timelines.
- Manage delivery of all orders and expedite accordingly.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Support Senior Buyer / s on delivery of Score Group Procurement strategies.
- Assist Stores team with any delivery queries.
- Where applicable mentor Buyer’s with less experience within the Team.
- Assisting Accounts team with resolving invoice queries in a timely manner.
- Issue and manage requests for quotations to supply base.
- Awareness of Fraud / Irregularities.
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
