Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, work instructions and KPI’s.
• Place all Purchase Orders for assigned / supplier spend.
• Obtain order confirmations within agreed timelines.
• Manage delivery of all orders and expedite accordingly.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Support Senior Buyer / s on delivery of Score Group Procurement strategies.
• Assist Stores team with any delivery queries.
• Where applicable mentor Buyer’s with less experience within the Team.
• Assisting Accounts team with resolving invoice queries in a timely manner.
• Issue and manage requests for quotations to supply base
• Awareness of Fraud / Irregularities.
• Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
