Penerangan pekerjaanProcess supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments on time. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables. Prepare aging reports and assist in collection efforts. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis reports. Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings (e.g., SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, LHDN). Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government bodies as required. Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and company policies. Support implementation and enforcement of internal financial controls. Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems for audit and compliance purposes. Support finance-related projects and system implementations. Perform ad-hoc tasks and reports as assigned by the Finance Manager. Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA) is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance. Experience with Malaysian statutory reporting and tax filing is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software (SQL system). Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Good understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and taxation. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin and Korean is advantageous A team player with self-discipline, meticulousness, excellent time management and capability to work independently with integrity. Office-based, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. May require occasional overtime during peak financial periods or audits. Korean nationals are welcome to apply. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications, Employment Pass. Language requirements : Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Korean or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. Position Summary : The Finance position is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role ensures that all financial records are accurate, up to date, and comply with applicable laws and standards, including Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
