Key responsibilities :
- Responsible to handle full set of accounts and prepare financial statements for timely submission to Group Finance and Management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Review monthly, quarterly financial reporting and other relevant reports.
- Support group financial reporting.
- Implement and manage e-invoicing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax agents and Company Secretary on Audit, Tax and Secretarial matters.
- Review in managing Company AP / AR and Treasury functions.
- Provide guidance / coaching to Junior account staff.
- Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
- Support other Ad-hoc finance / corporate exercise.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA or similar certifications are an advantage.At least 4-5 years of experience in full-set accounting.Familiar with Microsoft Office and Accounting software (e.g., QNE Business Solution and UBS Software).Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS / MPERS).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Able to provide guidance / coaching to juniors.Competencies (Core / Intellectual / Interpersonal) :
