quantity surveyor

Job Responsibilities : -

• Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Familiar and well known in pre contract stage work
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications : -

Posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying

Must have good measurement, pricing and negotiation skills and Microsoft Office

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience

Willing to travel & communicate effectively with project team

Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia

Familiar with JKR documentation & presentation added advantage
