What is Your Mission?
Design, implement and manage holistic internal talent management strategies and processes that support the management and development of the company's talentManage Talent Pools, including the development of individual plans for top potentials and support developmentDevelop measures and metrics to determine effectiveness and ROI of talent and organizational development programs and collect data for reportingMonitor and evaluate effectiveness of talent management programsContinue to evolve best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent developmentTo succeed in the talent management lead role, you will need to have the ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goalsAny other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCXWho Are We Looking For?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree related to HR, Talent Management, and Organizational DevelopmentPreferably with 5–7 years of working experience in the related fieldStrong consultative and diagnostic skills with proven project management ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects at onceStrong knowledge of Talent Management and Change Management principlesStrong interpersonal influence, presence, and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels of the organizationAbility to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local market languageAbout TDCX
