Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior AML Environment / Support Developer to join our Compliance Technology team. The role involves infrastructure / environment management, application support, and development activities in the AML domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in scripting, database management, middleware technologies, and hands-on experience in supporting AML / KYC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage application environments including setup, configuration, installation, patches, and connectivity.
• Provide L2 production / application support for AML compliance systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of middleware and communication protocols (SFTP, Connect Direct, IBM MQ, Control-M, etc.).
• Support and maintain WebLogic servers, VMs, and OS (Windows / Linux / Unix) environments.
• Perform scripting tasks using Unix Shell, Bash, or Powershell to automate processes.
• Contribute to Java and PL / SQL-based development / enhancements as needed.
• Manage version control with tools like Aldon, BitBucket, or Git .
• Perform database activities using Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, MySQL .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident, problem, and change management .
• Work closely with compliance / business teams to support AML solutions.
