Solar QAQC Engineer (MEP)

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. 3–5 years of experience in MEP QA / QC, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects. Certifications in QA / QC, Solar Technology, or Construction Management are advantageous. Conduct inspections and testing of solar infrastructure (e.g., panels, inverters, racking systems, electrical components). Review and verify MEP works against approved drawings and specifications. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, UL, and other relevant standards. Prepare and maintain QA / QC documentation including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Quality Reports. Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspection activities and approvals. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues. Participate in QA / QC meetings and support internal audits. Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure timely closure of NCRs and suggest improvements for quality processes. Review material submittals and shop drawings for compliance. Maintain logs for inspections, test results, and permanent material approvals. Ensure adherence to ISO QMS & EHSMS procedures and maintain legible records.

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of solar power systems and MEP components.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
