About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Adabi Consumer Industries Sdn Bhd as a Content Strategies Manager. This is a full-time, office-based role based in Rawang, Selangor. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content strategies to drive the company\'s marketing and communications initiatives.
What you\'ll be doing
- Develop and execute a holistic content strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals, brand voice and business objectives.
- Conduct content audits, competitive research and audience analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Create and maintain editorial calendars for web, blogs, emails, social and other digital channels.
Content Development & Management
Oversees the creation, curation and editing of high-quality content across various formats.Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers and writers to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.Manage internal writers and / or external freelancers or content agencies to scale content production.Performance analysis & optimization
Track and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate engagement, lead generation and SEO impact.Use insights to test, iterate and refine content strategies for better performance.Stay up to date with content and marketing trends, SEO best practices and platform algorithm changes.Cross functional collaboration
Partner with SEO, product, social media, email marketing and design teams to ensure content is aligned across campaigns.Support sales enablement and product marketing teams with strategic content assets.Align content initiatives with customer journey stages and buyer personas.Brand voice & governance
Ensure consistent tone, style and brand messaging across all channels.Establish and enforce content guidelines and editorial standards.Serve as a content quality gatekeeper, maintaining high editorial standards.What we're looking for
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related disciplineMinimum 3 - 5 years of experience in content marketing or a related fieldProven track record of developing and executing successful content strategiesStrong understanding of SEO, content performance metrics and user experienceStrong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand contentProficiency with content management systems (e.g. WordPress), analytics tools and marketing automation platformsExcellent project management and team leadership skillsUp-to-date knowledge of content marketing trends and best practicesWhat we offer
