SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate certification of payment to Trade Contractors
- Prepare tender documents and tender proposal
- Attend site meeting and site valuation
- Prepare contract administration work, monitor cost estimation and project cost control
- Maintain control of project drawings and records
- Close final account with clients and trade contractors
- Oversee procurement process to ensure compliance with design specification and budget plan and assist in cost analysis.
