(Mandarin Speaker) TELEMARKETING TEAM LEAD

A leading digital marketing company is currently seeking a Telemarketing Team Lead to drive the performance of our dynamic telesales team. Who would be a great fit :

• Individuals with an Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1- 2 years of management experience in the telemarketing / outbound call / B2B environment and able to manage 10 telemarketing executives.
• Have experience managing at least above 3 telemarketing executive
• Experience leading,mentoring, coaching and motivating teammates to meet goals and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Candidates with prior experience in a marketing agency will have added advantage
• Knowledge and background in digital marketing is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel reporting functions such as pivot tables.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong proven leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills Addtional details :
