Locations

  • Bandar Menjalara, Kuchai Lama, Mont Kiara

Responsibilities

  • Handle full-set accounts and all aspects of monthly financial and management reporting, budgetary controls, forecasting, etc.
  • Perform monthly system reconciliation and inter‑co‑reconciliation.
  • Ensure journal entries and account ledgers such as GL, AR, and AP are correctly recorded and prepared promptly.
  • Record and process all business transactions within the organization’s accounting system using principles of double‑entry accounting.
  • Maintain audit schedules monthly, ensuring all schedules are tallied with accounting records.
  • Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, bankers, etc. on work‑related matters.
  • Supervise junior staff, providing training and mentoring.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits.

    • Requirements

  • Must possess a Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent.
  • Must have 4 years of working experience and reporting knowledge.
  • Required skills : Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical ability, positive thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Sharp time‑management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data.
  • Able to work under pressure with a teamwork‑based approach.
  • Pragmatic, hands‑on, flexible, and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin as we work with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Willing to work in Bandar Menjalara, Kuchai Lama, or Solaris Mont Kiara.
  • Possess own transportation.
