Job Description

We are looking for a competent Accounts Executive to perform Account Payables operational day to day activities.

Job duties :

  • Perform AP operational day to day activities and ensure cash receipt account are up-to-date at all times.
  • Assist in daily administrative work and other assignments.
  • Responds to financial inquiries raised by customer service department.

Requirements

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Certificate in Accountancy.
  • Preferably with minimum of 1 year of working experience in accounting.
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Required Skill(s) : Ms Excel and Quickbook.
  • Required Language(s) : English.
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with documents in Mandarin
  • Routine job.
