The goal of the role of the Kick-ass Indoor Sales Coordinator is to coordinate sales that has been closed by the sales executives in the team. This role will be part of the Innovations Team at Fire Fighter. You will work closely with the rest of the team towards our team’s goals of Fireproofing Malaysia.

Responsibilities
Tell quotes, invoices, and delivery orders, and provide sales coordination and support.Coordinating delivery and installation (if needed) of products with our operations team.Coordinate with our outstation agents to coordinate our job orders.Provide sales coordination and support which includes follow-ups, and any customer requests / issues / sales-related matters.Oversee and monitor progress billings and collection of payments.Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and maintain up-to-date reports.Qualifications
1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.Education : A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with both internal teams and external clients.Organizational Skills : Sales Coordinators often handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Being organized and able to prioritize tasks is crucial for success.Team Collaboration : The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, is important for ensuring seamless coordination.Time Management : Efficient time management is crucial for meeting deadlines and ensuring that sales processes move smoothly.About the Job
