Marketing Manage the Asian marketing budget in terms of fiscally and achieves KPIs Develop & implement marketing and communication strategies and plans Work with Asia MD, EMEA Head of Marketing and EMEA Head of Sustainability to develop key messaging and strategy for the region Oversee the creation, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing & communication campaigns across various channels Manage marketing collateral, content, promotional materials, and photo Library Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication activities Monitor, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of all marketing and communication activities Commission and editing of project photography, shortlisting the best images for publication Obtain client permissions to feature projects, use photography, logos etc. Writing of project case studies Identify suitable publications and directories for advertising Liaise with publications to supply content and artworks Oversee printing and production of all marketing materials, brochures, stationery, uniforms, vehicle and building branding Generate regular reports on marketing and communication performance Identify trends and insights to continuously improve marketing ROI Collaborate effectively with teams including Sales, Projects, and divisional heads Communicate marketing and communication plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders PR In liaison with the Head of Marketing, identify suitable publications for feature articles Writing press releases Building relationships with the media Social Media & Online Manage the quality and quantity of social media activity Quarterly review of social media activity and results Ensure divisional website content & SEO is maintained Monthly monitoring and review (with agency) of online advertising activity i.e. Google retargeting, PPC etc. Others
Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other reasonable duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities. Qualifications, Competencies and Requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency in marketing and communication software and tools Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools People Management Skills (optional) Communication (Oral, Written & Listening) Analytical Reasoning Time Management Strong understanding of marketing and communication principles and strategies Min 7 years of experience in marketing and communications with at least 2 years in Management role Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or PR and Communications Degree Experience in digital marketing and social media management Working Conditions and Reporting
