Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time FOREX Customer Support Specialist

Reporting to : Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities :

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and live chat
• Educating clients on how to use the Companys website and trading platforms
• Communicating with clients regarding the companys products and services via telephone, email and live chat
• Assisting other departments
