Job Roles
Lead and oversee daily powder press production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.Perform and supervise machine setup, die setup, and changeovers to support production requirements and minimize downtime.Handle and maintain tools and dies, ensuring proper storage, inspection, and readiness for production use.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to powder press machines, tooling, and processes.Optimize powder pressing parameters (e.g., compaction pressure, cycle time, density control) to improve productivity and reduce defects.Conduct root-cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective / preventive measures.Collaborate with maintenance for regular servicing, calibration, and repairs of powder press machines and tooling.Support new process development, tooling trials, and material qualifications.Prepare and maintain accurate production documentation, process control sheets, and technical reports.Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Provide technical guidance, training, and support to operators in tool and die handling and machine setting.Work closely with cross-functional teams (quality, engineering, R&D) to achieve production targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives.(Apply now at #J-18808-Ljbffr
