The Role
Assist and support the operation of the global Human Resources (HR) function
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance review, HR operation and administration, employee engagement, training and development
HR Operations :
Ensure smooth on‑boarding and off‑boarding processes of all joiners and leavers including background checking, IT setup, liaising with payroll, probation period assessments, final payments, exit interviews.
Prepare employment documents including employment agreements and letters related to employment changes.
Accountable for benefits administration for employees.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and processes across jurisdictions.
Work with HR colleagues and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices.
Talent Acquisition :
Assist recruitment processes such as screening CVs, interview arrangements, extending offers to identified candidates.
HR Reporting & Compliance :
Create, compile and maintain accurate employee data reports.
Perform human resources data analysis as and when required.
Maintain HRIS system such as data input, reviewing data accuracy, and reporting.
Performance Management : Assist performance review process.
Employee Relations & Engagement :
Manage end‑to‑end training programs.
Manage staff engagement activities and communication, generate ideas to promote employee engagement and commitment to achieve the organisation’s goals and values.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, employee relations issues and grievances.
Office administration : Manage office supplies and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
Knowledge of local labour law and taxation rules.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally, we are looking for someone with
At least 3‑5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multinational or multi‑jurisdictional environment.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information tactfully and discreetly.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi‑task and prioritise to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently, maintain strict confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in decision‑making.
Experience in payroll function and supporting HR during organisational transitions is an added advantage.
