Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities
- Human Resources & Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Conduct new-joiner orientation to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Employee Relations & Engagement : Implement HR policies and reinforce company values across the organization. Address employee concerns promptly to maintain strong employer–employee relations. Plan and coordinate HR activities and engagement initiatives.
- Performance & Development : Identify workforce gaps and implement strategies to meet future business needs. Coordinate training and development programs for employees at all levels. Supervise and guide HR & Admin staff in their daily tasks.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll : Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments. Manage compensation and benefits policies, ensuring fairness and compliance. Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF) within deadlines. Liaise with Finance & Accounts on payroll and statutory matters.
- Compliance & Reporting : Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave, and employee data. Prepare monthly HR reports, HR budgets, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Advise management and department heads on HR-related matters. Proficient in using IT tools and HR systems to improve efficiency and reporting. Skilled in Canva and CapCut for designing HR communication materials and simple video editing. Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for employer branding and recruitment purposes. Support digital initiatives to enhance company image, staff engagement, and recruitment reach.
- Other : Manage disciplinary matters and staff grievances professionally. Perform ad hoc HR tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR practices, and statutory requirements.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR / payroll systems.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory compliance.Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Sharp eye for accuracy in HR records and processes. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of HR2000 Quick Pay system is an added advantage. Creative and expert in IT tools / social media platform.Available to start immediately.Benefits
