Senior Human Resource Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role. Good understanding of HR processes and Malaysian labor laws. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Experience using HRIS (HR2000) or payroll systems is an added advantage. Basic : RM2800 – RM3000 Performance allowance : RM500 Attendance allowance : RM100 Medical & hospitalization covered EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Monday – Friday) Off days : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays Menara Tan & Tan, 207, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. Nearby Persiaran KLCC MRT / Ampang Park LRT station (within 5 minute walking distance)
Senior Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Administration – maintain and update employee records, personal files, HR databases.
- Recruitment & Onboarding – coordinate recruitment logistics and assist with onboarding programs.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination – monitor attendance, prepare monthly attendance summaries, and coordinate with payroll team.
- Employee Relations & Engagement – serve as HR focal point and support employee engagement programs, recognition, welfare events, and performance reviews.
- HR Reporting – prepare headcount, turnover, leave utilization reports and support data collection for HR projects and audits.
