SITE SUPERVISOR

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kumpulan Hamodal Sdn Bhd as a Site Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Selangor and also in other states as and when required, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including monitoring work progress, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns, communicate progress, and ensure seamless project delivery
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including daily reports, quality control records, and site meeting minutes
• Promote a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction crews, sharing your expertise to enhance their skills and productivity
