HR & ADMIN Internship (On Site)

Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate culture projects. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Assist in stocktaking and organizing the company's fixed assets to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date. Help maintain and update asset registers and related documentation. Answer and transfer incoming calls, record messages, and provide timely feedback. Assist in verifying and organizing attendance records to ensure data accuracy. Support the purchase, distribution, and inventory tracking of office supplies. Assist in organizing, filing, and archiving company documents and records. Coordinate courier services, track delivery status, and update records accordingly. Assist in data entry and updating administrative-related records, such as courier logs. Support checking data integrity and accuracy. Provide support for other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor. Education : Diploma / Degree in Administration, Business English, Logistics, or related fields preferred. Language Skills : Must be proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia. Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). HR Internship working hours : 5 Days per week, 9am-6pm Admin internship working hours : 4 Days per week, 8.30am-8.30pm

Job Responsibilities
I. Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job advertisements, collecting, and screening resumes.
- Help arrange interviews, follow up on candidates' progress, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist in updating the recruitment database and maintaining candidate records.
- Support communication with recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Hiredly, etc.) and help optimize recruitment channels.
II. Other HR-Related Tasks
Position 2 : Admin Internship (4days per week, 8.30am-8.30pm)
