Job Responsibilities
- Manage assigned payments and tax statement adhering to the procedures and audit requirements.
- Prepare project documentation.
- Communicate with and manage variety of stakeholders.
- Coordinate & manage multiple payment projects at one time.
- Test IT system changes and improvements when required.
- Log all incidents and complaints with impact to clients, investors and / or Boardroom to CAMMS portal.
- Service Platinum Client with a high standard within agreed time frame. All matters concerning potential issues to be escalated to manager immediately.
- Any other tasks / project assigned by your superior and management.
Requirements
Preferable with the knowledge of ASX listing rules; CHESS procedures and guidelines; and dividend payment process.Project based experience will be an advantage.Settlement clearing experience will be an advantage.High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Professional customer service skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills including the ability to multitask / prioritize.Advanced interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication.Intermediate MS Office skills and willingness to learn in-house systems.Willing to work under Australia working hours and follow Australia public holiday.
