1. Guest Relations & Service
- Act as the main contact person for guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Resolve conflicts and service recovery cases promptly to maintain service standards.
- Conduct guest courtesy calls and follow-ups.
2. Operations Oversight
Oversee smooth daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.Coordinate between departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery.Ensure lobby, public areas, and front-of-house facilities are presentable and up to brand standards.Monitor occupancy, arrivals / departures, and room allocations for efficiency.3. Staff Supervision & Support
Supervise and guide front-line staff during the shift.Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.Provide training, coaching, and feedback for continuous improvement.Step in to support departments when manpower is short.4. Administration & Reporting
Prepare duty manager reports highlighting key issues, guest feedback, and operational concerns.Ensure proper handover between shifts for smooth continuity.Monitor cash handling and financial transactions at front desk or outlets when required.Update management on urgent incidents and escalations.5. Safety & Security
Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, or other crisis situations in line with hotel emergency procedures.Ensure security protocols are followed for guest safety and asset protection.Work closely with security and engineering teams to address safety concerns immediately.6. Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, brand standards, and local regulatory requirements.Maintain quality and service consistency across all guest touchpoints.Monitor hygiene and cleanliness standards in public areas.Job Type : Full-time
