IT Business Analyst

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborating across departments, and driving meaningful change through data and insight.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with business users, management, and IT teams to understand goals and challenges
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications
- Evaluate IT solutions through feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis
- Support system testing, UAT, and quality assurance to ensure successful implementation
- Monitor project progress, flag risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
