ARCHITECTURAL MANAGER

Lead and manage all architectural aspects of the data center construction project from design through completion.

Review, evaluate and approve architectural drawings, specifications and materials to ensure alignment with project design intent, client requirements and industry best practices.

Ensure all architectural work complies with local building codes, statutory regulations and internal quality standards.

Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams to preserve the architectural vision throughout construction.

Oversee site-level architectural inspections and verify materials for compliance with project specifications.

Participate in site meetings and assist in obtaining design-related approvals and permits from relevant authorities.

Provide timely technical advice and solutions to support site teams on architectural and design-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design OR site coordination in construction industry.
• Experience in data center construction is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
