We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Marketing Executive to support and elevate the online presence of Lecadia Primacare Centre and Klinik Dr. Leela Ratos. This role is perfect for someone with a flair for storytelling, a passion for social media, and a knack for analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation & Management :

Develop engaging and creative content, including posts, videos, graphics, and stories, tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage the social media calendar and ensure consistent posting across all platforms.

Write captions and copy that resonate with our target audience while reflecting the brand voice.

Community Engagement :

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build relationships and improve brand loyalty.

Address inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate departments promptly.

Campaign Execution :

Assist in planning and running targeted social media campaigns to promote healthcare services, initiatives, and events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and advertisements.

Analytics & Reporting :

Track and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, growth, and campaign results.

Use insights to recommend improvements to content and strategies.

Market Research :

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our online presence.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Cross-Team Collaboration :

Work closely with the marketing team, healthcare staff, and management to align social media efforts with business objectives.

Collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and strategies that amplify our mission and services.

Requirements :

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (healthcare experience is a plus).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).

Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to design visually appealing content.

Analytical skills with experience in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing social media performance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
